So it is suggested to follow the best exercises designed for you in order to achieve the maximum results.

It might be true that meditation cannot be taught, same as the breathing process, which comes naturally. Similarly meditation comes from within and cannot be taught, but most certainly there are a few factors which can be considered, and are helpful in enhancing your results and efficiency quickly. One important factor to be considered is the time of the day when you practice yoga. It is always suggested to either perform yoga practices early in the mornings or in late evenings, as these are periods of the day which are highly charged with spiritual energy.

Below are some important tips for meditation:

Always relax and free yourself from any worries before you start meditating.

Practice yoga in a quiet room where you will not be distracted by external elements.

Try to form a routine for meditation. Always chose the same time of the day to practice yoga.

Try to concentrate on yoga and don't think about other aspects of life during that time.

Develop a breathing pattern when you are meditating.

Always sit straight with your head, neck and back in a straight position.

These points are vital and are important to be considered while meditating; as these will help you analyze the changes in your inner self, and you will be able to evaluate the balance and connection between your mind and body.
